Day 3) April 27, 2012 : Crew came in drained pool , removed old tile and installed New Tile.
Day 1) April 25 , 2012 : Scheduled to remove existing tile and replace with new tile. Canceled - Rescheduled for May 27, 2012

Problem 1: Installed wrong Tile.
Day 4) April 28 , 2012 : Crew came and removed the Incorrect Tile and installed the Correct Tile. Scheduled to be back on April 30, 2012 for Plaster removel and Bond coat
Day 6) April 30, 2012 : Canceled and rescheduled for May 1, 2012
Day 7) May 1, 2012 : Crew came in sandblasted Plaster, put on bond coat and replace seal around coping. Scheduled to return May 2nd to install Pebble Sheen
Day 8) May 2. 2012. Crew came in and installed Pebble Sheen.
Day 9) May 3, 2012 : Crew came in and Acid Washed Pebble Sheen and began filling pool.
Day 10) May 4. 2012. Pool is full and looks great!
Day 16) May 10, 2012 : Problem 2 Cracks form around one of the filter returnlines. Scheduled to inspect Cracks on May 14
Day 20) May 14, 2012 : Pebble Sheen expert comes out to inspect pool. Acid washes the cracks and can't seem to find them. He says he has no explanation but it seems like they were just hair line surface cracks. It didn't look that way to us, but to me I can't see them now, my wife says she can. He said if they reappear to call them and if there are any issues they will take care of them. I will have to get in the pool this weekend with my under water camera. It just doesn't seem right, cracks in concrete just don close up and seal themselves.
Day 21) May 15. 2012. Cracks still not visible from outside the pool. It bothers me and the wife that the company has not called us back to see how things are going. We spent a lot of money on this Pool Remodel and once they got paid they don't seem to care. The person who recommended them said that was the only issue they had with this company. They will take care of any problems but never call back to see how things are.
